From the access point for Green Dragon Yard the alignment of The Headrow ought to be moved northwards to assist making the left turn into Park Row for buses. From the plan the bus stop lay-by at Holbeck Chambers seems to have insufficient length to accommodate two bus stops.

The median trees will be removed. What certainty is there that the new trees will be more numerous than those removed. trees are typically the first item cut from a budget & are difficult to establish in an urban setting. The taxi ranks are busy at weekends. combining 2 ranks will make things busier.

It would be good to understandthe implications of lane lost Vicar Lane and how will the 'bus only' to be enforced? Will that be via cameras?

Great idea to remove the central reservation. Like the new bus shelters and greenery.
