The retention of the Asda petrol station is an anomaly. It doesn't tie in with the Greener Leeds Initiative.

There are 84 flat at The Quays, next to Malmaison Hotel and proposed Leeds Building Society HG. Our only access will be from Sovereign Street or by driving all the way around to Crown Point Bridge.

The idea there would be a park there is crazy. See: Assembly Square at night and weekends. Too dangerous.

This is a strange cut off neglected part of centre which will be significantly improved by these developments. Will there be better access to the river?
