Needs a segregated bike lane with good junctions if we are gonna get real about connecting the South Bank and harmful air pollution. Try harder.

Two way for traffic seems unnecessary, adding a contraflow cycle lane seems like a better solution. People should be encouraged to ride bikes wherever possible.
