Call Lane is a crime red spot area. Making it pedestrian leaves more opportunity for snatch thieves, pickpockets, etc.

• Until crime and unsociable activity is dealt with it is very dangerous.

Sustainability, i.e. care of the new space. Look at Sovereign Square, it is terrible now. Can we afford to maintain this?
