The businesses on Lower Briggate need delivery areas. Call Lane is the worst red spot area. Better to pedestrianise Lower Briggate than Call Lane. I work at [two bars on Lower Briggate]. Under your proposals there is no loading for Fibre, Queens Court, Smokestack, etc. etc.
